Our Property Management team is led by Lisa Brown, Realtor, GRI, PRM, with
17+ years and counting of experience and success in managing rental properties
in Hillsborough County, Florida.
At Sanders Realty we have developed a Rental Application Process to quickly
determine whether or not a prospective tenant will qualify, so for the
prospective tenant an answer can usually be given within 24 hours and an owner
can feel comfortable knowing that a credit, civil and criminal history, as well
as a job and income and previous rental or ownership history has been verified.
We believe in a strong base of customer service and work as hard as possible to
keep owners and tenants satisfied. Our number one goal is to enhance the value
of the properties and achieve optimal income by controlling costs and minimizing
vacancy.
